Support to Caregivers

Families and caregivers are a critical part of the recovery journey. The continuity of the treatment is equally important; it must not stop for want of money, unavailability of personalized support, need for greater privacy, or unacquainted caregiving at home.

At Sanctum we tie the ends, so that while the patient’s treatment and therapy is optimized, primary caregivers in families are also trained, supported, and cared for in the process.

Caregivers, if they choose to, are also networked with other families who are in the same or similar situation so that the loneliness and struggle of the journey becomes shared in the formal and informal listening spaces. This formal process is led by experienced therapists.

Specialised Daycare

For those who require more specialised care, we offer a specialised daycare service, which is safe, loving, personalised, monitored, and complete with support structures.

Workshops and Webinars

Our workshops and webinars are designed to provide our clients with the knowledge about tools and resources they need to manage their mental health effectively. We cover a wide range of — from coping with anxiety and depression to building self-esteem and resilience.

Alternative Practices

In keeping with our belief in a holistic approach, we offer alternative forms of care, such as mindfulness and meditation practices, art therapy and animal-assisted therapy, to name a few.

Social Responsibility

Financial Aid

At Sanctum, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial background. Keeping with that, we extend financial aid to those in need. Our goal is to ensure that every individual gets the help they need to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

In addition to financial aid, we also provide pro-bono mental health care services to those who need it the most. Our team of experts works tirelessly to provide the best care and support to individuals who are struggling with their mental health.

At Sanctum Foundation, we understand the importance of community efforts in creating a better world. We are open to partnering with organizations in their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. We believe that together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive society where mental health care is accessible to everyone.

If you’re an organization looking to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you. Reach out to us today to learn more about how we can collaborate and make a difference.

Training Frontline Workers

Providing mental health services in primary health care involves diagnosing and treating people with mental disorders; putting in place strategies to prevent mental disorders and ensuring that primary health care workers are able to apply key psychosocial and behavioural science skills, for example, interviewing, counselling and interpersonal skills, in their day to day work in order to improve overall health outcomes in primary healthcare.
