Jenisha works with clients who struggle with deeply self-critical internal voices. In her work, she finds it useful to keep coming back to the idea that greyness exists – that nothing is wholly black or white. And while grey can feel like a blurry landscape, Jenisha uses her therapeutic skills to support her clients in accessing their agency and creating more secure & compassionate relationships with themselves, and thereby others.
Jenisha is a Senior Consulting Psychotherapist at Sanctum. She holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and has trained to facilitate Visual Art & Dance Movement Therapies. She has over 15 years of experience working in mental health at schools (like Dhirubhai Ambani International & Aditya Birla World Academy), colleges, clinics, and hospitals. She uses an integrative approach to therapy with a Client-Centred focus.
She is currently offering Individual Therapy and Conjoint Therapy (counselling for two or more people together) to young adults and adults dealing with concerns like anxiety, depression, family conflicts, relationship difficulties, and behavioural concerns. Jenisha works with and is learning more about neurodivergence in adults.
