Ayushi is a Psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Central Campus, Bangalore.

She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, and is acquainted with the Trauma-Informed approach. Her experience ranges from working with children, young adults and middle-aged adults, with concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Relationship issues, and Career dilemmas.

At Sanctum Foundation, she undertakes individual psychotherapy sessions and psychometric testing.
