Tanvi is a Rehabilitation Council of India-registered clinical psychologist and an
alumnus of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. In practice for six years, Tanvi specialises in psychotherapy and assessments for teenagers, young adults, and middle-aged patients. Tanvi practices queer affirmative therapy and is trauma-informed.
Piya has completed her Masters in Applied Psychology, specializing in Clinical practice,
at the Department of Applied Psychology, University of Mumbai. She also deepened her knowledge in psychology when she was working as a Teaching Assistant to the Masters students of Counseling at the Department of Applied Psychology, University of Mumbai. She has also published psychological research on the experiences of students with suicidal ideation.
As a psychotherapist, she is sensitive to each individual’s uniqueness and thereby incorporates a trauma informed, eclectic approach to her practice, borrowing from schools of Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play and Art therapy. Labanya completed her Play Therapy training with Play Therapy United Kingdom (validated by University of Chichester), one of two leading NGOs globally in therapeutic arts for working with children.

With three decades in the fashion and retail industries, Iffat Haider Jivan’s journey into the space of mental health was an unusual turn borne out of a personal struggle.
Seeing some of her closest people fail to deal with anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and personality disorders, she became aware of similar situations in every other household. Working almost impossible hours beyond her day job, she co-founded the Sanctum Foundation with Dr. Natasha Kate as a one-of-a-kind centre that extends treatments with inclusion and support.
