Hi, I’m Riddhi. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and have been practicing in the mental health field for over eight years. I’ve also taught psychology as visiting faculty across three colleges, which keeps my work grounded in both clinical practice and academic depth.
In our sessions, you can expect a grounded, collaborative, and emotionally safe space. My approach is relational and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and attachment frameworks, trauma-aware practice, and mindfulness-based tools when helpful.
I support individuals through experiences of anxiety, relationship patterns, self-worth concerns, and grief. Together, we explore emotional patterns, inner narratives, and the impact of past experiences, while gently building regulation skills, clarity, and self-trust.
The work isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, creating room for choice, and moving toward a life that feels authentic, connected, and emotionally rooted.
