SENIOR PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Suveni has a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2022). She works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, interpersonal challenges, and family conflict.

Her approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on building a safe and attuned therapeutic relationship.

While rooted in a person-centred framework, she draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and creative modalities such as art-based interventions. She also incorporates a parts-informed perspective (Internal Family Systems) where helpful, supporting clients in understanding and relating to different aspects of their inner experience with curiosity and compassion.

As a therapist, Suveni’s primary aim and responsibility is to provide a safe and non-judgmental therapy space where clients can freely express themselves, engage in introspection, and explore their thoughts and emotions.
